Our support team aims to be available 24/7. If you have any questions or need any assistance, you can contact us at anytime. We highly recommend joining our Discord for a more personable approach.
How long does setup take?
We believe in more human interaction and reject the use of automated scripts and bots. We will be in touch with you every step of the way to include your initial server deployment to adding custom plugins to your server. With that said, we aim to get your server in your hands ASAP. However, in rare occurrences we did allot for a 24 hour deployment window.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my server after ordering?
Absolutely! All you must do is submit a support ticket either via our website or Discord requesting your upgrade or downgrade. When upgrading, you will only need to pay the prorated amount which is the difference between your current plan and your chosen plan.

Our support team is currently split into three regions, North American, Europe, and Asia.
Can I transfer my existing server to Imperium Hosting?
Of course! We provide a full FTP access to your server. Which makes uploading server saved data and mods very easy! We highly recommend FileZilla as your FTP application to utilize.
